Delete Your Account

DonePrio by Conscious Performance Partners AG

You can delete your DonePrio account and the associated data at any time.

Option 1: In the App

• Open DonePrio and go to Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: By Email

If you no longer have access to the App, send an email to support@doneprio.app with the subject "Delete my DonePrio account". Please send it from the email address of your account, or tell us how we can identify your account. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.

What Is Deleted

• Your account (user ID, email address and password)
• Your priorities, Body, Mind & Soul entries, sub-tasks and completion history
• Your Reflect entries
• Your onboarding answers
• Your subscription and purchase records at our subscription provider (RevenueCat)

What May Remain

• Feedback messages you sent in the App are kept without your user ID, so they can no longer be linked to you.
• Anonymous usage data is not linked to your account and is deleted according to our analytics retention settings.
• Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases according to their policies.

Your Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (also reachable in the App under Settings → Manage subscription).
