Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DonePrio mobile application ("App"). The App is provided by Conscious Performance Partners AG, Switzerland ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App

DonePrio helps you set and track your daily priorities and your Body, Mind & Soul practices. Access to the App requires an active subscription (including a free trial, where offered).

2. Subscriptions and Free Trial

• Free trial: New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, your subscription starts automatically and you will be charged.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal. Prices are shown in the App before you subscribe.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (also reachable in the App under Settings → Manage subscription). Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription.

3. Refunds

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused parts of a billing period. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google; any refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

4. Apple Users

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies in addition to these Terms: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict regarding your use of the App on Apple devices, the Apple Standard EULA prevails.

5. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice

DonePrio is a productivity and self-organization tool. Content in the App, including suggestions on breaks, breathing, focus, or Body, Mind & Soul practices, is for general information only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You use the App at your own responsibility.

6. Your Account

When you start using the App, an account is created for you automatically. You can secure it with your email address and a password in the App's settings. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in the App under Settings → Delete account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the App "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, in particular for intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will inform you of material changes within the App or through other appropriate channels. The current version is always available on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Conscious Performance Partners AG. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
