Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains which personal data the DonePrio mobile application ("App") and the website doneprio.app ("Website") process, why, and what rights you have. DonePrio is provided by Conscious Performance Partners AG, Switzerland ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Responsible Party

The responsible party and your contractual partner is Conscious Performance Partners AG. Contact details are listed in section 10.

2. Data We Process in the App

• Account data: When you start using the App, an account is created automatically with a random user ID. If you secure your account, we also store your email address and your password (stored only in hashed form).
• Your content: The priorities, Body, Mind & Soul entries and sub-tasks you create, which items you completed on which day, and your Reflect entries (mood, your answers to the reflection questions, and the note you write).
• Onboarding answers: Your answers during onboarding (goals, role, challenges, and how you heard about DonePrio).
• Feedback: Messages you send via "Give Feedback", together with your user ID, the app version and the platform (iOS or Android).
• Subscription data: Your subscription status and purchase history (product, transactions, free trial), linked to your user ID.
• Anonymous usage data: Which screens are opened and when the App is started, with technical information such as device model, operating system, app version and language. This data is linked to a random analytics ID, not to your account, and is not used to identify you.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers or payment details, and we do not use your data for advertising or tracking across apps and websites. Notifications (such as the reminder before your free trial ends) are scheduled locally on your device.

3. Why We Use Your Data

• To provide the App: your account, syncing your content, unlocking and restoring your subscription (performance of our contract with you).
• To answer your feedback and support requests (performance of contract and our legitimate interest).
• To understand how the App is used and improve it, using anonymous usage data only (legitimate interest).

4. Service Providers

We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described above:

• Supabase (database, authentication, hosting; data stored in the EU in Ireland): account data, your content, onboarding answers and feedback.
• RevenueCat (subscription management): your user ID and subscription/purchase history.
• PostHog (product analytics, hosted in the EU in Frankfurt, Germany): anonymous usage data as described above. IP addresses are not stored and no location is derived from them. This applies only to the anonymous usage statistics; your account data and the content you create in the App are not sent to PostHog.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: payment processing for subscriptions. We never receive your payment details.
• Netlify: hosting of this Website.

Your account data and the content you create in the App are stored in the EU (Ireland). Some of the other providers, in particular RevenueCat, Netlify, Apple and Google, may process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, especially in the USA. Where required, data transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. All data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Website

If you join the DonePrio Community waitlist on our Website, we store your first name, your email address, your consent to receive emails and the time of sign-up, in order to send you your invitation. You can unsubscribe at any time. The password reset page only processes the data required to set a new password.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings → Delete account, or by email to support@doneprio.app. This permanently deletes your account, your content, your onboarding answers and your subscription data at RevenueCat. Feedback messages you sent are kept without any link to your account. Anonymous usage data is not linked to your account and is deleted according to our analytics retention settings. Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription; please cancel it in your store settings. Details: doneprio.app/delete-account.

7. Your Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@doneprio.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

8. Children

DonePrio is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. We will inform you of material changes within the App or through other appropriate channels.
